The process from preparing your documents to signing the loan usually takes around 2 – 4 weeks – depending on how fast we receive all your documents and the complexity of your case.
If you have already found your desired property our fee is covered in the side costs of the credit. As we arrange the credit agreement, the bank passes on their processing fee to us. We won´t charge you any additional fees, even if your process turns out to be particularly complicated and lasts months.
However, if you are just considering our consultancy, we will charge you a consulting fee. After our initial consultation we will send you our price list. Our first consultation call is always free of charge!
